Description: You envelop an area up to 60-foot radius in magical darkness that nullifies all light, including magical light, and silences all magical communication within. Enemies within the area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become vulnerable to necrotic damage. The darkness prevents spells from being cast unless a Wisdom saving throw is made each turn.
