You channel and release a continuous storm of energy around you, dealing 10d6 force damage to all creatures within 30 feet of you at the start of each of your turns while maintaining concentration. Creatures must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save. As a bonus action on subsequent turns, you can focus the storm on one target within the area, causing it to make a Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the start of your next turn.
