Comedic Damage - Damage done is modified by its absurdity. Basic attacks deal half damage. Mildly amusing attacks deal normal damage. Humorous attacks deal double damage. The most absurd and outlandish attacks automatically crit   Randomized Chaos Beam - Once per turn Homura can impose a DC 17 constitution saving throw on every enemy. On a success nothing happens, but on a failure you can roll a D20 and consult the chart to see what they trans form into until the end of Homura's next turn.   d20 Transformation Description

  • 1 Tanuki The character becomes a mischievous, wide-eyed tanuki with a comically large belly. Enemies ignore them… but allies must resist petting.
  • 2 Kappa Transformed into a green, duck-billed river yokai. You can spit a stream of water as a bonus action (1d4 bludgeoning, 15 ft). Vulnerable to drying out.
  • 3 Crane Tall, elegant bird. Gain flight speed 30 ft but must speak in cryptic haiku.
  • 4 Red Maple Tree Turned into a small, vibrant maple sapling. Can shuffle 5 ft per round by rustling.
  • 5 Shoji Door You become a sliding paper door. You can be opened and closed, but you squeak loudly when moved.
  • 6 Paper Lantern You glow softly in a 10 ft radius and bob through the air. Can’t speak, but flicker rhythmically to communicate.
  • 7 Singing Carp Flopping fish with a beautiful singing voice. Nearby creatures must make a Wisdom save or stop to listen.
  • 8 Inari Fox You’re now a small white fox with multiple fluffy tails. You can cast Minor Illusion once.
  • 9 Daruma Doll Round and impossible to knock over. You roll everywhere (move speed halved), and must speak only in motivational phrases.
  • 10 Stone Jizo Statue You become a smiling protector of children. Can’t move, but you emit calm and healing energy (allies within 10 ft gain +1 to saves).
  • 11 Enormous Shitake Mushroom Spongy and slow. Your spore cloud (bonus action) causes sneezing fits (DC 12 Con save or lose reaction).
  • 12 Wind Chime Delicate and ethereal. You chime when the wind blows. Can only communicate in eerie melodies.
  • 13 Bonsai Tree A tiny, ornately trimmed tree in a lacquered pot. You radiate serenity and smugness. Enemies feel too respectful to attack.
  • 14 Origami Crane Paper-thin and fluttering. You can fly 10 ft/round and fold into small spaces. Vulnerable to water.
  • 15 Maneki-Neko Lucky cat statue. Allies within 10 ft gain +1 to attack rolls. You must raise one paw and wave it endlessly.
  • 16 Glowing Spirit Flame A floating blue will-o’-the-wisp. You can phase through objects but can’t touch anything.
  • 17 Umbrella Tsukumogami A haunted umbrella with a tongue and one leg. You hop around and speak in ominous riddles.
  • 18 Bamboo Shoot Sprouts from the ground instantly. Completely immobile, but you grow 1 foot every round.
  • 19 Tiny Onsen Turtle Small turtle with a steamy rock bath on your back. Allies can regain 1 hp by petting you.
  • 20 Your Inner Child You become a literal child version of yourself (mechanically the same). Homura finds this deeply amusing. Your voice cracks when you cast spells.

  • Actions

Multiattack - Homura makes one attack with his toy hammer, and another using one of his other two abilities.   Toy Hammer Bonk - Melee Weapon Attack • +7 to hit • Reach 10 ft Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) force damage

  • Target must make a DC 15 Wisdom save or lose their next reaction and shout out a completely random word uncontrollably.
  •   Illusory Red Light, Green Light (Recharge 5–6) - Homura claps and yells “GREEN!” then “RED!” All creatures must make a DC 15 Dexterity save.
  • On a fail: become paralyzed until the end of their next turn if they moved.
  • On a success: nothing happens.
  • If nobody moves: he pouts and throws a plushie that explodes (2d6 force, no save).
  •   Maple Twister Spiral - Creates a whirlwind of colorful autumn leaves in a 30 ft cone.
  • Each creature in the area must make a DC 16 Strength save or be lifted 10 ft and spun around.
  • +At end of their turn, they land prone… in a different square than they started.

  • Legendary Actions

3/turn   Tag (3/day) - Homura teleports behind a player, taps them on the shoulder, and says "Tag!" That player is now "it" and must chase or target Homura on their next turn, or risk being turned into a bomb that explodes, dealing 6d6 bludgeoning damage in a 15 foot radius and the effected player going down automatically   Confetti Flash - Casts Color Spray (no slot cost). Blinded targets also gain glitter beard.   Puppet Tangle - Target must make a DC 14 Dex save or become tangled in their own clothes or gear until they spend an action to fix it.   Reverse Gravity Bubble (1/round) - A 10 ft sphere is affected by Reverse Gravity for 1 round, then drops everyone.

    Lair Actions

Mischievous World - Homura rolls a D6 each turn to determine the random effect that takes place on the battlefield:

  • 1 The ground becomes a trampoline – all jumps triple in height, and falling causes no damage.
  • 2 Everyone is wearing mascot costumes. Speech is muffled; you must act things out charades-style to cast or communicate.
  • 3 A rain of candy falls – eating one restores 1d4 HP but may change your voice or color.
  • 4 Gravity tilts sideways – everyone must walk on walls or ceilings until they fall prone.
  • 5 Homura’s face appears in the sky, narrating everything you do with comedic commentary.
  • 6 All weapons turn into party favors – rubber swords, confetti bows, pinata maces. They still deal damage but in absurd ways.

  • The Daikodama of Momijiyama. Homura is powerful but deeply unserious and mischievous character. He doesn't fight to win or to kill, but merely to amuse until it is no longer entertaining for him. He is a connoisseur of chaos and loves using his power in creative and absurd ways.
