Components: V, S, M (a small effigy resembling the target)

Duration: Concentration, up to 10 minutes

Description: You create a small effigy linked to a creature within range. As long as the effigy remains intact, you may use your action to either deal 2d6 psychic damage to the target or impose disadvantage on its next saving throw. Destroying the effigy ends the effect.
