Colonel Hideyoshi Katsuragi

A bit of a dolt and a brown noser, the pudgy colonel Katsuragi loves a good cigar and dumping the worst assignments on his subordinate Major Taisho Ishikawa. He ccertainly didn't rise through the ranks on talent, but his willingness to play ball with superiors makes him an incompetant but loyal tool.
