A concentrated beam of moonlight descends from the heavens, striking a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 10d8 radiant damage and is blinded until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded.
