You unleash a torrent of radiant bolts in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d6 radiant damage, or half as much damage on a successful one. The bolts form complex, mesmerizing patterns that disorient the targets; creatures that fail their save are charmed until the end of their next turn.
