Rumour Mill and Writs Venzor

Rumours:

A foul necromancer has been raising the dead to dig in the old quarry. He seems to be searching for something.
There are old catacombs that are underneath the quarry.

Sightings:

A pack of ghouls have been spotted prowling at night led by a red ghast.
Everytime someone tries to cross the river, a swarm of shadows dart out from underneath the bridge and attack.
Some black liquid is oozing up from a well on the East side.
A black carriage pulled by hellhounds and driven around by a laughing Imp has been spotted coming and going from the Castle.

Writs:

The town's saw mill needs to be cleared out so that timber operations can continue supplying the town with much needed lumber.
A logging camp needs to be established to supply fresh logs to the saw mill.
The old watch tower needs to be cleared out so it can be manned again.
Establish contact with thieves guild.
Miracle Max needs a group of adventurers to venture into the old Senarian Cemetary and rid it of the undead.
Ankheg infestation in the farmlands outside of Venzor.
