There is a brief mention that @Captain Dalos of House Cirana was charged with protecting the tri cities by @Emperor Sellron Aldaloth. Captain Dalos was given the castle @Minas Velneria. Location of castle Minas Velneria is to the north in the center of @Lake Fhor'Rash'Nia. It is also referred to that there is a vast labryinth that connects all 3 cities underground.
