Ryshan (RAI-shan)

Ryshan is two years ahead of Xorax in school. He is a Vincaran of few words, letting his imposing height and muscled arms speak for themselves. He is of average intelligence but his grades are barely adequate, as he spends his evenings breaking into cars to steal valuables instead of doing homework.
He is considered part of Xorax's gang, but he only sticks around because as a group they bring in more ill-gotten funds. He secretly shakes his head at what he sees as ridiculous fanaticism on Xorax and Brialla's parts.
He considers Elzar to be his best friend.

History

Elzar and Ryshan are both a little weirded out by Xorax and his grandmother, despite acting as his minions. Elzar is even a little afraid of them, so it helps to know Ryshan has his back.
Ryshan is the strong silent type, and Elzar enjoys the challenge of getting him to laugh (or even speak, many times.) Despite this ribbing, they're actually close friends.

History

Xorax considers Ryshan a more dependable minion than Elzar and respects his hapak skill. He accepts the fact that Ryshan doesn't say much, and they can hang out in companionable silence when nobody else is around.
Ryshan is naturally a man of few words, but even moreso when around Xorax and Brialla. He doesn't want anything to do with their religious fanaticism, and secretly shakes his head at what he sees as unnecessary drama. He vaguely pities Xorax for being so caught up in his family's problems. He hangs around partly out of curiosity to see how crazy things get.
