Prince Gea'Xeebecani Oltan

Oltan is the younger son and third born child of Prince Xeebec and Lareza. He is somewhat shy and tends to let his older brother, Xeeban, do the talking when they're together.
His older sister is Telbai and his younger sister is Sidreza.
Oltan is named for his maternal grandfather, Oltarin.
