Ancient Primis Artifact

One of the most famous Primis artifacts, the so-called 'Eye of Volodymyr' is a large golden orb with small particle inclusions trapped within it's solid interior. Through the center is a dark red, nearly black ellipsoid that tapers to fine points at either end. The interior of the Eye moves and rotates like an actual eye, seeming to focus on whoever holds the orb.

Despite being large compared to a common metaphysical focus, the Eye of Volodymyr serves such a purpose exceptionally well. Those who've spent some time with the orb find it an excellent conduit for their will however the results can be chaotic and it twists Arcana in unusual but powerful ways. Those in touch with powerful emotions, such as rage or terror, often find that their skills are sharpened, however unpredictibly.
