Magical Mass Communication Terminal

Every city in the Empire has at least one of these buildings nowadays.
The MMCT allows you to do business much faster. Go to the terminal, tell the name of the city and the person you want to connect with to the magical device. If he/her or the secretary of this person is present you get connected, if not leave the date for the next opportunity to call you back and wait.
Some of the higher nobles, such as the emperor, do have an MMCT at their Mansions, but this is way too expensive for the common people. It is also used in the military for high ranking officers and generals.
