Gensōfu - The Elementary Symbiotes

The Gensōfu are a symbiotic life form discovered by the Aimaï Chīgishō during his interplanetary expeditions. They are very peculiar beings, they can enter symbiosis with many different elements at the same time, absorb crystal of nankaï to appropriate their essences, merge the acquired essences to gain the power of the corresponding composite essence and influence the psyche of their host.
