Zulah Epithymías
Zulah Epithymías, formerly called Zulah the Lascivious as the Archdevil of the Circle of Lust, was Lust's Archdevil in the Seven Hells before boredom led to her departure from both the role and the Hells altogether and migration to the Material Plane.
Upon her arrival to the Material Plane, Zulah decided to settle in the city of Umbar at the mouth of the River Thiaro. While initially able to gain limited entry by posing as a traveling performer, she was unable to gain citizenship in a city famously suspicious of outsiders.
Zulah's eldest daughter, Senix Rose, was key to her entry and establishing a permanent home. From what Senix has been told by Zulah, there was a man with a degree of influence (as much as men could have in the matriarchal society) living in the city whom she was able to woo and seduce, with the end result being his sponsorship of Zulah's application for permanent residency in the city.
Oh yeah, also the conception of our dearest himbo paladin, Senix Rose. Always use protection, kids!
As of 5160 AW, Zulah works as a performer in the Red Lotus theatre, where she has acquired many adoring fans; she retained many of them even after an incident during a performance that spiraled into a citywide panic, leading to widespread discrimination against tieflings within all of Umbar.
Who could have caused such a thing, I wonder. Probably a himbo tiefling paladin with absurdly high charisma, daddy issues, and minor skin miscoloration, but that doesn't narrow it down much at all.
