Dehal (deh-HAHL)
Formerly a librarian for the Cult of the Two, Dehal abandoned the cult and joined the Party during their infiltration of their hideout in southern Alquanórë.
Dehal originally joined the cult to escape the frequent bullying he received from his peers over his wings, which are an incredibly rare trait amongst kobolds. They are often the subject of insult from other kobolds---likely based upon jealousy, as the wings are considered in lore to be a sign of divine favor.
