Tieflings

Before the Great War a group of mortals sold their souls to the incoming demons and aided them in their invasion of Kalin. These mortals would become the demonic Tieflings.
During the Great War itself a Tiefling named Jabhir the Redeemed led a rebellion from within Demon lines to redeem his race from the actions of their ancestors. Despite their valiant actions the Tiefling’s were mostly hated and disregarded after the war, and this trend hasn’t gotten much better.
While some people and cultures are more accepting of Tieflings many still can’t look past their demon blood and appearance.
To this day many Tieflings travel with small groups of their own race in tribes; these tribes aren’t part of one nation and wander across factional territory on a normal basis. These tribes are normally seen as a nuisance when they get too close to large cities or settlements by local guards and military.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

Tiefling's travel widely as part of their tribes, roving caravans that will set up shop outside of Fallen Cities for a time. Due to their nomadic nature they do tend to be more frequently found South of The Nation of Ghosts where winters are less harsh.
