Lyath'Or
City of the Drow (Or Dark Elves as they are commonly known) Lyath’Or is a cold place, and inhospitable to many. Once the Immortal City of Helbrech the city was razed by the Tyrant Corlin in the first age. The city was rebuilt by the persistent Drow led by their queen, Xune. They were aided by the fine construction work of the Dwarves, and are one of the few groups who have been capable of creating good relations with the isolationist mountain folk.
The city itself is mostly Drow, and few outsiders live in the city. A fair few trade in the city however as Lyath’Or is known for its fine blacksmithing work with the mixing of Dwarvish and Elvish skill.
The city is ruled by a Queen, Xune. As an eternal elf she has led her people ever since the fall of Helbrech in the last age.
Demographics
The city is split pretty evenly between lower, middle, and higher classes. 90% of the population is Drow, with 5% of the remaining population being Dwarves, 2% being Duregar, and 3% being other. The city has many traders and visitors however.

The city is a Monarchy ruled over by their eternal queen, Xune.
Defences
The city is guarded by the Dark Guard, the mainline Drow military. Additionally the Drow are rather proficient with hit and run tactics, and have a strong skirmishing corps. The city is partially underground and partially above ground, and navigating the below-ground areas is rather difficult for non-Drow.
Industry & Trade
Blacksmiths in Lyath'Or are hard to compete with, being a combination of Elven artistry and Dwarven durability. Drow weapons are highly prized and sought after.

Blacksmiths are common, as the Drow of Lyath'Or are known for their blacksmithing skills.
Guilds and Factions
The Dark Guard are the elite main-line military of the Drow, being agile and brutal combatants.
Architecture
Above ground the architecture is beautiful in a dark way, with stone being cut in smooth yet somewhat gothic tones. Below ground this continues, with the supports for caves and buildings being dark, illuminated with cold blue light.
Geography
Lyath'Or is in a cold region of the world with tundra immediately surrounding the city. While there is still a spring and summer, they are brief and hard to distinguish.
Natural Resources
Lyath'Or has ready access to rare metals to use in their blacksmithing.
