Karato

Karato is the capital of Ithalin, the Elven island nation to the southwest of Kalin. It is the home of the ruling Shogai, who rules Ithalin.

Demographics

As Ithalin is a military culture most of the jobs and workforce is dedicated to supporting that. Forges, armorers, and fletchers are common. Racially the city is almost entirely Ithalin Elf. 91% Ithalin Elf, 6% Olark, 3% other.

Government

Ithalin and Karato are ruled by the Shogai, a Warrior-King chosen from the top generals and commanders after the last Shogai dies.

Tall walls defend Karato, as well as trained and dedicated warriors.
