The Baron of Vigo, Edmond acts as the mayor, commissioner, and Head Magistrate of the City. He delegates most of that respocibility to his trusted advisors, of course, but he reports directly to the Count of the Wriston Plains, Jean-Francois Calvet.
He was targeted by an assassin in the Fall of 877 but was saved by The Serious Six. The assassin turned out to be Nadia Dechere, his own wife. Although The Serious Six saved his life, he slipped into some sort of coma shortly thereafter.
