History

The Caesariam: A Brief History   The disparate tribes of man on Aureli have been around since before the Sinador elves landed on their shores at the beginning of the third age. these tribes were many and fast, one hundred different tribes ruled by 100 different kings or warlords until the Sinador elves came. These elves would conquer and enslave the desperate tribes of men and for 700 years the men of Aureli would serve elven masters until the slave hero Caesarus was born. Caesarus would unite the broken and shackled tribes of men under one banner, His banner, and would lead a great rebellion against their Elven masters who were weakened by their many wars of conquest and their current war with the Fanged empire. This Great Rebellion would be the final death knell of the Sinador empire and from those ashes a new empire would form, an empire of former slaves, Taking the name of the man that freed them this new empire would be called the Caesariam. Caesarus would rule for the next seven and a have decades until his death of natural causes at the age of 93. With the death of Caesarus these disparate tribes who had called themselves brothers for seventy-five seasons would begin to squabble with one another and the empire would crack and crumble giving birth to a new conflict; the Division Wars.   The Division Wars: The Division wars were the series of wars that followed after Caesarus's death in which the former cities and tribes of the Caesariam would divide and war against each other. the main contenders being the City state of Athra, the Caesarian Remnant, Merchant city of Stripe, The kingdom of the Rien, and the city of Mortus.   The Reunification: after more then a millennia of divisions and bloodshed the dream of a reunited Caesariam had almost been lost, until one man, Quintus Decimus. A son of a prominent general in the Caesariam remnant after the fall previous Caesar in battle would be named Caesar, a event that shocked and enraged the Nobility of the time, though through guile, courage, charisma, and intelligence; Quintus would reconquer much of what was the former Caesariam save the north which the dawrves now had dominion over. And with that the dream that many among the Caesariam remnant and dreamed for countless years was realized as the Kingdom we know today as the Reforged Caesariam was born anew.
