Enach, Eye of the Pillars (AY-nach (german/scottish ch, IPA X))
The Dragon-Eyed God once roamed Celestial Kairos, not realizing he was amassing invaluable knowledge of a world that would one day vanish.
Enach's Doctrine
Enach teaches unearthing of knowledge and active preservation of what is known so that it can be shared with everyone. He believes that it isn't the responsibility of his followers to decide what will be used for good and what will be used for ill, only to make sure that the mortal wealth of knowledge is sustained and available. His doctrine does not extend to the personal lives of his followers, and keeping secrets about oneself is not condemnable, but the line sometimes blurs. This causes more dissonance between his followers than between them and Enach himself.Wealth of a Dragon's Hoard
Enach lived on Kairos long before and long after the Exodus. In his mortal life, he was a gold dragon. After the Exodus, he began to watch mortals die, and with them, the memories of the lost world began to fade. When he realized this, he began to hoard knowledge, gathering mortal tomes and keeping what he couldn't write down in his memory. Eventually he was slain, but he pleaded with the gods to allow him to give his knowledge back to Kairos. He was given the place of a dead god and with it the power to serve as an archivist to the pillars and to Kairos. It's said that he sees the entire world at once, taking in as much as he can so memories and events are never lost. The Cold Light of Knowledge
Jorith and Enach are directly opposed, and while Enach himself is not a fighter and does not actively encourage his followers to take up arms, nearly every society has mythology of confrontation between them, which invariably ends in stalemate. As it affects the material, Enach took the domain of light to metaphorically counter Jorith's darkness and obfuscation in as much as he can.
