Elpis

Elpis is a soldier in the port town of Ormos. He was sent to the graveyard above the city, where revelers connected to the new cult of Dionysus have assembled, and blocked the road to the capital, stopping all trade. He asked Lenora to help lead fishmongers and other traders by using the backroads, and to deliver a message to the palace, letting the king know what was happening.
However, the message was never delivered.
