Althea

Althea is the temple keeper of the cave underneath Mount Naos. She explained to party members who chanced upon it that the cave is one where Zeus was hidden by nymphs after his father Saturn swallowed his siblings and sought to eat him as well. She also revealed aspects of the past to the companions, telling Pyro that he indeed used to be a centaur. To Abraxas, she implied that the cosmetic box he seeks in Hades is Pandora's Box. To Theresa, she said that she was not mortal (which Theresa knew), and that her lady Despoina was part of the old older, which Dionysus is now upending (she invoked the sacrifice planned by King Pentheus to affirm her point) . Ischyrós asked about the labyrinth and whether Spyridon was worth rescuing. Althea's response was vague.   Pyro initially walked in because he was convinced that he had left his wineskin in the cave. Althea gave Pyro a wineskin.   Althea later spoke to Xenobia and Lenora, who had been taken to the cave (for their protection, as Althea related to them). She also revealed the nature of the cave to them, and apparently, told Lenora that a ritual protective bath back at the temple of Astarte would not stop her from returning home to Hades.
