Nurture ritual

Ritual based in gestures and/or words

There are many variations of this ritual, some may look like a collection of spells, others are a single barely noticeable gesture. While some of those options are better for a certain target or purpose, in most cases the results are the same and it's a matter of the wizard's preferences and skills.
While not usual, it's possible to design new variations for certain purposes or adapted it to be used by a specific wizard.

Effect

To speed or change the natural grow of a living being.

Side/Secondary Effects

The affected creature will show any changes related to the one being induced. Sometimes, unexpected results occur.

Physical Restrictions

Doesn't work on creatures that are either too complex or too simple.

Humans, for instance, can't be targeted with this magic.

Requires a certain level of knowledge about the target's physiology.

Regulations

Any secundary results that hurt someone or cause danger to society and/or environment will be investigated.

Each variant of the ritual has it's own set of prohibitions to prevent harm.
