Description: It's vegetative tissue doesn't grow so densely, the cells use extracellular fibres to hold themselves into a three-dimensional net that allows more light to pass into it's inner layers. This net structure is fortified by extra strong vein-like structures with a rubbery elastic texture. They have distinct tissue that forms the gas bladders that allows it to form rafts on the circling ocean surface current at the North Pole.
Reproduction: It reproduces by growth and fragmentation (clones) but will ocasionally produce asexual spores from the very outmost edges of their cloudy foliage.
