Rightfort Grimjaw

Sir Rightfort Grimjaw Rightfort Unknown (a.k.a. The Children's defender)

Born an orphan Rightfort had to fight in the streets of The Volklanden Kingdoms or starve to death. It was not an easy life and he was almost killed and recieved a blow from an axe that deformed his right jaw. As he got older his actions turned to more then street-fights to survive and it was one of these times he was caught stealing from a temple. The monks had pity on him and began educating him in the arts of war and prayer, turning him into a dedicated paladin of the Red God.   It is unknown just how he lost his way and became a fallen paladin, but what is known is that he angered the church enough that they put a price on his head. That is how he came to find himself in the village of Raider's Point when the army of Ahkar attacked. According to the few survivors Rightfort was seen sword in hand defending a group of children badly outnumbered but not giving ground. It was because of this valiant stand seven small children survived escaping into the woods as the Red god reinstated a paladin in the baptism of blood.   After the wars end the village elders decided to dedicate the new The Temple of the Fates  to Rightfort Grimjaw and entombed his body under the temple.
