The Dulkhi Empire
The Dulkhi empire was founded by Sukarkhasâd, a Kathuri conqueror. At its greatest extent it covered almost the entirety of the western coast of Kolaskyva. It consisted of many smaller realms and kingdoms that were passed on through dynastic ties, while the empire itself was controlled by an elected emperor.
