Peuth was a slave from Promthia taken by a Nivagran raid.
He masterminded a mutiny against his captors after a disastrous naval engagement, seizing the ship and creating a small fleet. His story would ultimately end in tragedy, when a poor judgement call led his fleet into disaster. However, the knowledge that he shared to Xogeq Nape would assure that she would continue where he had left off. Due to her, the Nivagran pirate problem would be, eventually, ended forever.
