A beautiful fey creature hidden away in the Veiled Woods, the party was brought to her only after careful observation and trial. She had a great deal of magic, enough to bind the soul of Garrus back into his crystalline body, but would not give it up without a bit of prodding and joking to make them nervous.
Serephina is ultimately a good being, though she is a perfect embodiment of the chaotic Feywild she came from. She speaks only in third person, though some people think this may just be her wanting to up the "mystery" factor when she speaks with guests.
