Tyme is a regeneration reactivation drug. What it does is forcefully reset cell regeneration, effectively expanding the lifespan of anyone that uses it. Tyme is one of the few illegal narcotics that are not addictive. Enhanced through arcane means, Tyme's effects can last anywhere between 30 years to up to 500 years.
