Xoginthys aka Kinsburrow
Description:
Hidden in a valley beneath the Mountain is a small kobold village named after a great Crystal dragon. After suffering famine, monster attacks, and draconian raids, their numbers are dwindling, but they are no longer without leadership. Ancalagon has returned to save them! from the problems created by his neglect. His first act was to enchant the land with various wards and protections to hide the village from prying eyes and attacks. The literal translation of Xoginthys from Draconic to Common is "Sovereign Blood," however the town is more commonly referred to as Kinsburrow by outsiders.
