A nervous Kobold Scale Sorcerer with a pitchy gravel voice. He is Azul the Ancient Blue Dragon's retainer, and he brings Jaytown potions that have fallen out of rotation. Against his better judgment, he strives to impress Azul by jacking up the prices of his concoctions.
