Special Jay
A special kobold. After an unfortunate incident with some adventurers, she lost almost all capability of intelligence (and some brain fluid). She speaks with others by just using the word dragon, using emphasis and intonation to make some semblance of communication. She has a knack for appearing in unexpected places and disappearing without anyone noticing.
