An invisible presence first encountered in the Everthonking Tavern asking some adventurers to retrieve an item for him.
A bit of a rascal and a known thief, when pressed he will reveal himself. However, he claims he can only do so for a minute. When revealed, a searing light is unleashed which burns those around him. A creature who risks their health by staring directly at him, may make out the shape of a kobold outlined in the light. Owns a warehouse near the docks in Jaytown from which they run their totally legitimate buying and selling business.
