Renowned old world psychiatrist that was paid a large fortune by Jay for personalised therapy sessions, that Jay now refuses to attend. Since he has already been paid, Dr Jupiter offers free walk-in therapy sessions to any citizen of Jaytown, when he isn't busy with his research.
