Battle for the Anomaly Zone

Heard in the distance were the great and terrifying howls of gnolls. The land had turned to spikes, blood, and bones. In the center, a circle riddled with spikes cut across the sky and the huge, monstrous figure of Yeenoghu laughed at the consumption and cruelty before him. His army raged, but Jaytowners came together to defeat him. The army was destroyed, the portal closed, and Yeenoghu’s aspect was killed and sent back to the Abyss where he came from. In the center of the Anomaly Zone still stands the iron spikes, dotting the landscape as a reminder. In front of the spikes lies a plaque dedicated to those that fought in the war. The plaque lists the names of those that took part.
