{5,6} Helm’s Reach
Quests:
- Word of the Eternal: Following signs from the god Helm, the party ventured into a jungle temple where fiends assaulted the agents of the god. They beat back the creatures and Sion pledged himself to the service of the god, to defend the temple and realm.
- Building Sanctuary: Sion, Twobirds, Rythym, Serval Ljonsmidd, Alister, Quinn, Velverelle, and Treyphon Talnin ventured back out to Helm's Reach to begin work on establishing the settlement Sanctuary, a safe haven. They mapped the area, cleansed the nearby water source, explored a tunnel system, and ensured the temple itself had remained clear.
- Word Returnal: Sion, Quinn, Rythym, and Alister venture through the gate in the ziggurat at Helm's command to crush the amassing forces of hell before they can strike, successfully destroying all 9 teleportation circles to the layers of Hell and cutting off reinforcements, though Moloch remains a threat.
- Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan 1/4?: Cubby, Viktor, Feenja and Zero fell down into the secret tunnels of Tamoachan while exploring the city. Now they need to fight their way through poisonous gas, and the dangers of the dungeon.
- Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan 2/4?: Party continued their struggle against the denizens of the dungeon. Intelligent creatures they've met didn't speak their languages but luckily a very evil Nereid gave them a trade offer. In the end they got a dictionary but Cubby was left in tears.
- Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan 3/4?: Party fought against some zombies and overcame a swivelling floor trap and found ancient monks in stasis-like sleep. They woke them up and barely calmed them downed without a combat. Then they moved through a maze of warrior statues and made friends with a wight who helped them with directions.
- Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan 4/6?: Party played a baseball like game, Pelota, and won an Eagle Whistle that makes sad trombone "wah wah wah waaah" sounds. After that they defeated a Werejaguar guarding a cat room and got some directions from him. At the end they found the tree that was the source of the poison gas, but chose to spare it's life and just close the doors tight as they left.
- Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan 5/6?: Party killed a two headed snake and got the map of the dungeon, overcame a dragon statue, got tricked by gold illusion, faced magic mirrors and barely passed through one of them, got stuck on a Ferris wheel octopus statue. They are currently exploring a room magically representing the Land of the Dead after killing Doughy the Gibbering Mouther.
