Hex Description

A golden desert as far as the eye can see, punctuated by canyons and small oasis. The heat beats down mercilessly on anyone foolish enough to wander within unprepared.

In the hex is the OOC outskirts hub owned by the manager, K. The towering entrance of the hub can be found west from the center of the golden desert on the edge of a massive crater. The place was renovated and given back its property of anchor for planar travelers after a deal between jaytowners and the manager. A few merchants and K, the manager's proxy can be met there amongst other things. The hub possesses a teleportation circle and a Daedalus of empty rooms, library, market area and a foreboding sealed tunnel.

Quest Summary

• Goggle's sought to learn about a kidnaping from a gnome named Farin in the area.. they caught him and pressed him for information to no avail as they then got distracted by an aged guy named Joe and start berating him, and followed him out into the dessert. He ditched them via magical portal and they are left in a magical golden storm..

The storm transforms Asata's hand to gold, however they ended up catching the trail of the kidnaper and pressed forward finding a mage and getting some advice on what they may soon face. Shortly thereafter a group is chased by a dragon, and ends up crossing swords in a heated battle with a mercenary group from Ravnica.

Later Ancalagon then leads a party to victory over a dragon and crystal golems gaining much loot, then he teams up with Treyphon and they get a little distracted at the weedlair. They then shake it off and get serious and prepare to face the elder creature in front of the crowd and come out victorious and are registered under OOC and are showered with riches and fame for overcoming such a challenge and re-establishing a forgotten pact.

Lastly.. They then get word of an undead sought after for study and track it down out in the desert sands and sell it for profit..
