Diagnosticians, as the name sugests, diagnose illnesses and often are in charge of deciding what medications or what prosedures need to be taken. They tend to work closely with Apothecarys, Menders and Physicians.
They're a bit rare as its no easy task. Many eventuall become Doctors, as they work so closely with other fields.
