Water Ovie. They live all over Vondren but are most numerous in Bhcu Cuhcil

Basic Information

Anatomy

Most characteristics are the same as Ovie with a few exceptions.

Blood

Chiuov have magenta blood, just like Chiuvi.

Skin

They tend to have smooth scales or scaleless skin. They're skin and scales also tend to be very shiny or slick looking.

Head

They tend to have flatter faces and higher set eyes than other Ovie. This is not always the case, though some might assume they are VieBreakers if they have super pronounced snouts.

Tails

When they have them at all they tend to be longer and more dexterous than other Ovie.

FIns

They are often sporting fins, frills, or hoods on their heads or tails. It's not extremely common, but it isn't rare either.

Beauty Ideals

Long legs and grace.
It is rare to see a Chiuov wearing a dress. This makes shopping for dresses all but impossible in Bhcu Cuhcil.
