High Artificer Todd Stilo

The High Artificer of the Church of Ounos in Zarkadia, Stilo is the architect behind King Radimir's clockwork legion, and considered somewhat of a savant amongst the clergy. Of particular note, it appears that he has some familiarity with Precursor technology, though it is not clear whether or not it is utilized or possessed, as the church has largely shunned Precursor tech in the few instances it has been gathered by them elsewhere. It is not clear if his primary loyalties lie with the church or with the king.
Stilo was present, and even aided in, the defense of Zarkadia from the dragon Brelzriar, acting as an assistant in the construction of the weapon known as the "Eon Cannon", but suffered a debilitating injury from it's destruction.
