The gold dragon, Maranath's , home and lair.
It is built into a cave at the top the highest peak in the Dragon Maw Mountains While the trip can be treacherous, if you make it to the base of his lair you will find dwarven carved steps ringing the peak to entrance of his home.
The giant cave has a single path carved into the ground of ornate swirling patterns leading to a sliver spiral staircase. The stair case is made of ornate thin silver wood that looks too frail to support even a halfling. This stair case leads to a massive library. A small case sit at the top of the stair containing necklaces, these necklaces allow the wearer to fly while in Maranath's lair. 10 floors of book cases line the cylindrical walls. The centre is hollow and the first floor has a huge open space with a ancient Dragon sized book stand, which is always home to a massive tomb of some kind.
At the top is a open circlular hole large enough for Maranath in his Dragon form to fly through. This leads to his hoard of treasures and his human lodgings. This is where a stone home carved by dwarves lies, a mansion by a humanoids standards. A large kitchen, dining hall, receiving hall, 5 water closets, 10 bedrooms and one master suite all reside within.
