The Negotiator

Among the most dangerous individuals on the entire continent of Jezat, the Negotiator is an eladrin of the spring court who was fed up with the Arcadian rules. Having always been incredibly ambitious, he left the feywild behind to seek out riches and power on the material plane. During this time, he has become one of the most wanted individuals in the feywild and the Dresgari Planes as well. He is a rather straightforward individual, caring for power and wealth above anything else as he was born with neither. Despite his separation from the feywild, he has grown to great magical power making him a rather powerful fey. This is because he lines his chamber in the material plane with a great many fey attuned objects that he has stolen so that he can absorb the magic they give off. 
He is incredibly intelligent and cunning, but also charismatic as well. He cares for little more than his own growing empire, which he plans to rule forever. This is because he is slightly sociopathic, feeling nothing in the way of guilt or similar emotions. For so long he had nothing, so now he will stop at northing to ensure that that never happens again. 
Physically, he is a tall and skinny eladrin with shoulder length viridian hair and glowing green eyes.
