The emperor of the Derrian empire, Marcus is ambitious, power hungry and endlessly arrogant. He believes due to his sheltered upbringing that he is always right and more intelligent than others. He does not care about sacrificing lives and as far as he's concerned, its their job to sacrifice themselves for the good of the empire. He is currently in a pact with the lich Bauduin which gives him powerful magic weapons in exchange for free access to areas to live and conduct research, as well as a supply of test subjects.
