Lovrah, Sailors Bane

Lovrah is a fey who has taken up residence at the far north of the Heart of Life. Once an eladrin, she has lost such humanoid parts of her as she has ascended to a point bordering on Archfey. She holds a good deal of power over the sea, both in the feywild and in the material plane. She is very spiteful, roughing the seas against sailors that she doesn't like, though she can also give good favor as well. She is a lesser water deity, though she has a rather exaggerated view of her own power and importance. She collects creatures of the sea and the bounty that she has plundered around her home, at the north of the Heart of Life. There she offers help to adventurers, though always at a price. She collects powerful beasts and other wildlife of the feywild in her home, as well as other fey creatures who live beneath her protection. She still takes human form, of a beautiful woman with lavender hair and blue silk clothes.
