Harun Javah

A disgruntled old man of industry, Harun Javah is an eyesore in every room he's in. Basically everyone doesn't like spending time with him and his brother, the lord of house Javah, sent him to Zeadora to get him out of the way. He doesn't do much except complain and go over numbers. He's really not that important.
