Harielas

A green hag agent of the Unseelie, Harielas was sent by the Atrius, King of Nightmares to try and stabilize the power around Kerosh. When the sage was fused into the leylines, his essence became fractured, damaged. As such Kerosh is barely able to control himself, as he doesn't even remember who or what he used to be. Harielas means to stabilize his essence so that he can be an asset to the Unseelie Court. If she is successful, they will have complete control over the Leylines in Ithesia. 
An ancient creature, Harielas has met Baba Yaga herself. She recently was thrown into disfavor after she failed a rather important mission. As such, she was stripped of most of her power and sent to Ithesia by Atrius to redeem herself. She is a truly hateful fey, with a particular taste for the flesh of children. Her plan is two pronged, as there any slight increase to the stability of Kerosh is helpful. The first part is to hijack the faith of the Kuo-Toa and convince them that Kerosh is their titan of the storm. Secondly, she seeks out the feytouched, seeking to use them as fuel for a powerful ritual sacrifice directed at Kerosh.
