Gurotar

Gurotar is the patron god of dwarves and also domains over war and smithing. He is an inventive god who gave his people the gifts of inventiveness and strength. At his urging, the dwarves have separated themselves from the rest of the world to live in a society based on profits and capitalism. He is honorable, strong and powerful. He taught his people to mine deep into the mountains and find the minerals required to make gunpowder. He came to some of his clerics in a dream and taught them how to make gunpowder and firearms in order to defend the realms of the tri peak alliance against the ever approaching domains of the empire and its ever continuing conquest. He hardly ever enters his true form. His true form is that of a large plated badger like animal with a bearded head. Suggested domains: war, forge, order.
