Clouded Watch

Clouded watch is a small Aarakocra watchtower that is maintained by the Aarakocra from the frozen peak. It was originally established to keep a watch on the wizard Eldyre the Red. Since then, it has become mostly abandoned although it maintains a skeleton garrison who keep watch on Arcanist's cove which treads rather close to Aarakocra territory. It is led by Captain Durk who is a rather distinguished veteran who uses it as a place of retirement.
